PROCORE: Troubleshooting
Having trouble with Procore Integration? Re-configure the Integration by following these easy steps:
Note: Users with Company Admin level access can conduct this process.
From your Web Panel Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and find the "Match Procore Vendors" section, then click on "Configure Procore Vendors."
You will be directed to a page wherein you will be able to see your Not Connected and Connected Companies.
Unlink and re-link your SignOnSite account to Procore to reconfigure the integration.
Note: When you see the "Network request to Procore failed. Please contact SignOnSite for further information." error, follow the same steps as above.
