You must first develop form templates if you are new to using Flexible Forms. All SignOnSite users will be able to utilize these form templates after they are made and published, at which point they can complete and submit them.
Open Forms Register from your Company Dashboard.
From the Form Register screen select the New Form button on the top right corner.
This will take you to the Drag & Drop Form Builder page.
In the Attributes Panel, there is an input field to provide a name for your form template. Although it is not mandatory to name your form template, providing a name will allow a form template to be easily distinguishable from other form templates.
Also in the attributes panel, you will see a Site Selection button. This allows you to choose if you want to create a form that is available on all sites or configure it so that it is only available for specific sites.
The Components Panel on the left-hand side shows all the available form components and input fields that you can put on a form. Select a component and drag it to the middle of the page to build your form.
At any time you can rearrange the order of the components that you have placed on the page - simply select a component and drag it up or down the page.
To remove a component from the page, select the Red Trash Bin icon that is on the right-hand side of the component.
When you select a component that has been placed on the page, a panel of configurable options for the component is immediately shown on the right-hand side of the screen. Use these options to configure the component to suit your desired needs.
At any time you may select the Preview button to see how the actual form will look like when published.
After you have finished creating your form, select the Publish button to allow the form template to be used.
You will then be taken to the Form Submission Summary screen and the form can now be accessed and filled out by all SignOnSite users.
