Use templates to standardise your induction forms and make the creation process simpler for your site teams.
Who can create and edit Induction templates?

Users with Company Administrator access.
Induction templates are created at the company level, on the main dashboard/home page of the web panel (not inside a project).
1. Click on the Induction tab at the top
2. Locate the second table titled "Site Induction" and select the New Template option (not Company-Wide Induction, find out more about this worker completes once, copies to all projects type of induction form here).
3. Start constructing your form. At the start of the template, if you have created roles, you may choose which roles to share the form with.
4. Click Publish when you're done, and your induction template will be saved and made accessible for sites to use as the basis for their induction form.
