Upon activating your Permits feature, you may toggle ON the "Require signatures for Permits actions" in your Company Settings. This will allow users to finalise their Permits by drawing their signatures before obtaining approval.
Let's begin Setting up a Permit for your Site!
1. Add your Companies on Site and Subcontractor Supervisors under Site Settings.
2. In the Permits tab, you will see 2 sections;
2.1 Permits Register - this section shows categories like Search (by name), Start Date, End date, and Permit Type to help you narrow down your search. You can click on the Clear button to reset your search.
2.2 Site Permits - shows a compilation of Permits created for your company. Site managers can turn it ON to make it available to users or OFF to make it unavailable.
