Give your Subcontractor Supervisors a modified view of SignOnSite so they can have visibility across their teams, allow them to sign their workers on and off, and report on their team's attendance.
As a Site Manager or Company Administrator, you have the ability to add your Subcontractors to a site at any point during the life of the project.
Simply go to the Settings tab inside a site and scroll down to the Subcontractor Supervisors portion
Enter the required information into the fields and click Add.
The Supervisor will receive an email in which they will need to follow the prompts to access the site.
They will now be able to see who from their team is signed on and download attendance for anyone working under the company from within the web panel, as well as view the attendance register in their phone app for their workers.
