Site Warden Access
Company and Site Level users already have the ability to perform evacuations.
Nominating a Company Administrator or Site Manager will DECREASE their user access and only allow them to perform an evacuation.
Use this option to increase the Subcontractor Supervisor's abilities or nominate a worker on-site to perform an evacuation.
This is particularly useful if it is known there won’t be a Site Manager on-site for a specific time or if it is a large site and a secondary emergency person may be required.
Worker Access
Once a worker has a SignOnSite account, they will be able to sign on to the site quickly, acknowledge any briefings and complete their induction docs all from their phone or a Kiosk.
The phone app allows them to store their collection of licenses, and input personal and emergency information (which can all be automatically carried across to the induction doc).
A Worker cannot:
-
Perform an evacuation
-
See any 'Manager' tab information on the app.
-
Log in to the web panel
Visitors
If a Visitor has created an account with SignOnSite before, they can search for their name and sign on.
If they are new to using SignOnSite, Visitors can create an account and register via the phone app or Kiosk.
Visitors can also be manually signed on by a Company Administrator or Site Manager via the phone app or web panel.
