You might find that a sub-contractor has made a typo or put in the incorrect company name when registering their account. If this happens you may see the same company multiple times (spelt differently) in your CSV reports. This is a bit of a nuisance but you can fix up these errors when they occur. To do so simply follow the steps below.
1. Open the Induction tab
2. Click on the company name you want to change, type in the new name and Click change
3. You will then be prompted on if you want to change all companies who have this name or if its just this one individual one. Select whatever suits your need.
