What's New to Flexible Forms? (Body Part Selections)
Users can now submit incident reports concerning body part injuries and/or incidents
After a form is constructed and published, all users can access it through their web panel and mobile app.
Note: Form submissions can be completed via the mobile app (all users) and the web panel (for site managers only).
Body part selections:
