Workers can now see the site inductions at any time and from any location. Our induction features now offer greater flexibility and accessibility. These improvements will result in significantly better compliance, risk, and safety outcomes.
The following instructions explain how to access role-specific inductions while off-site using a mobile app.
Open your Mobile App.
Go to Site Docs and tap on Site Induction.
Select your Site. In this image, we are selecting the Manchester Site.
Choose the Site Induction Form you want to complete. You may also have the option to complete a Role-Specific Site Induction.

Note: Site managers have the option to make a site induction in read-only mode when off-site.
Tap on the Induction form you want to complete.
You can now complete your induction form. Hit on Submit when done.
You can save your induction form or you may choose to don't save it if you want to go back and amend it. In this image, we are choosing to save the details.
Your Induction Form is now pending review by your Site Manager.
