      Viewing a User's Credentials in the Web Panel

      All credentials that your workers submitted in their approved induction are displayed in the Credential Register. It acts as a soft ID and is necessary for the job that a worker is assigned.

       

      Search for your site in the web panel, then go to the Credentials Register to view a worker's credentials. To display a credential, click on the user you want.

      The Credentials Register shows the following information:

      1. Name of the user

      2. The company where the user is associated with

      3. Credential Type

      4. ID Number

      5. Expiry Date

      6. Issue Date

      7. The person who verified the credential 

      8. Verified Date

      9. Front and Back Photo
