Uploading Custom License and Credentials in the Induction Form
This will allow users to upload any Licenses and Credentials that are not available in the lists of Credential Type in the Induction Form.
In creating Site Induction Form, once you are in the Licenses and Credentials section, you can allow users to upload any Licenses and Credentials by following the steps below:
1. Check the box
2. Press the Add button.
3. Choose "Create custom credential" from the Credential Type drop-down.
4. Complete every field that is required; those with a red asterisk must be filled out.
Once done, you can now continue filling out other sections.
