Still Having Trouble Logging In? Go to the App
So, you've reset your password but are still unable to access your account? Let's fix that.
After you've reset your password, you'll be taken to this page:
Simply return to the SignOnSite app on your phone and attempt logging in again.
If you do not have Site Manager access, you should be able to log in once you go to your app.
