Reminding Workers to Read and Acknowledge the Briefing
Notify a worker who is yet to acknowledge the daily briefing or if the briefing has changed throughout the day.
If a worker has yet to acknowledge the daily briefing, or the briefing has changed throughout the day, you have the ability to send a push notification to all mobile phones signed on to your site.
When setting a briefing, simply click the option to remind workers if the briefing remains unread to ensure they are notified they are yet to acknowledge it.
This will prompt workers to read and acknowledge the briefing you have set in place.
Reminders are sent at 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and then finally 90 minutes after a worker has signed on, or from the time the briefing was changed.
