Permit to Work Overview

Web Component

This is used by Head Contractors to be able to access Permits whether they are in a Draft, Approved, or Completed stage.

Head Contractors should be able to:

1. Create permit templates (Saving template drafts, Duplicating existing templates)
2. Enable permits (site specifics so that not all sites would access to see or you can manage permissions)

Mobile App Component

You are only able to access permits that are in the workflow:

Site Manager's Access

1. Manage permits when on-site (Saving draft requests, Receiving push notifications)
2. Raise permit requests (Adding team members, Performing pre-request checks, Uploading Files)
3. Approve permits (Performing in-progress checks, Time-stamp photo capture)
4. Close permits (Cancelling/suspending permits, Moving stuck permits)

Worker's Access - raise/participate in the permit

Subcontractors Access - raise/approve/follow up permits of your workers
