Making a form submission on the Mobile app

SignOnSite users may choose to make a form submission directly from the mobile app. Here's how:

1. Open the SignOnSite Mobile App and Sign On to your Site.

  • If you are currently signed on to a Site, you’ll be taken directly to the Site Documents screen.

  • If you are not currently signed on to any Site, you’ll be prompted to select a Site first before being taken to the Site Documents screen.

 

2. From the Site Douments screen, select "Forms".

3. Choose the Forms you want from the Forms screen, or use the search bar to type the Forms name to find it.

4. Complete the Required fields on the form.

5. Then don't forget to Submit the form.

After submitting a form response, you’ll be taken back to the form selection screen.

 

Note: When a form response is submitted, an email notification is sent to all site managers and company admins associated with the site advising that a flexible form submission has been made.
