SignOnSite's Inductions feature gives you limitless possibilities to create any combination of company-wide and site-specific forms, tailored to specific roles, submit documents offsite or onsite and add or replace induction forms as the project progresses through each phase.

Off-Site Inductions:

  • The completion of all induction forms is now possible both on- and off-site. You have the option to choose.

Multiple Induction Forms:

  • You can construct infinite induction forms on a Site Level and a Company Level.

Role-Specific Induction Forms:

  • Customized induction forms can be created based on the role of the worker or person visiting your site.

Modular Inductions enable more flexibility in the way that construction companies currently induct their workers. These improvements will greatly improve compliance, risk, and safety results while reducing bottlenecks during the induction process and allowing workers to access tools even faster than before.

  • Before employees arrive on site, Site and Project Managers can acquire vital information through off-site inductions, such as credentials, licenses, vaccination certificates, etc. Prior to the start of work, it enables Managers to proactively verify that Workers are "Job Ready" and address any issues or missing information.

  • Having the ability to create multiple induction forms on a Company and Site Level allows for effective segmentation of crucial information. A lengthy induction form that fails to convey important information to workers is common. The amount of information a worker needs to remember all at once can be decreased by developing different inductions at various levels.

Example: ABC Construction has multiple subcontractors who work across multiple sites. They create a Company Induction which includes all their OHS, conduct and compliance policies. Workers only need to fill this out ONCE.

      • Thereafter workers only need to fill out a much shorter induction form for each site they work on, which will only have information that is relevant to that specific site. 

  • Role-specific inductions forms make the process for workers even more automated and relevant. The biggest obstacle to improving operational efficiencies is frequently human error. The back and forth that Site Managers experience when wrong information is filled out is greatly reduced by making these forms more relevant and detailed to the workers' specific roles, which also greatly lowers input error. The ability to promptly handle concerns and surface information about things like expired credentials also helps construction companies maintain compliance.
