Internet Access / Mobile data: Apple iPhone
Internet Access
This indicates if the device is connected to the internet via mobile data. This is used to assist in determining the position of your phone.
To turn ON mobile data in general:
1. Swipe from the upper right to the bottom of the screen to display the Contol Panel
2. Tap the Mobile Data button. When it is green, mobile data is turned ON and you have internet access.
Your phone may be configured to prevent new apps from accessing mobile data. Even if your data is turned ON, the SignOnSite app will not connect to the internet unless you enable mobile data for SignOnSite.
To turn ON Mobile Data for SignOnSite:
1. Open up the settings app and tap on Mobile
2. Scroll down and click the green slider next to the SignOnSite app. SignOnSite can now use mobile data.
