      Indigenous, Emissions and Apprentice Reporting with Induction forms

      How to use your induction form for additional reporting

       

      The Induction form enables the gathering of extra fields that are listed in the statistics for .csv downloads.


      These additional fields include:

      • Apprentice status

      • Indigenous status

      • Postcode (for emissions reporting)

       

      These fields will be included in the CSV site statistics for that site if they are requested in the induction form.
