Completing Site Inductions via Mobile App

Having problems using the SignOnSite App to complete your Site Induction?... Just stick to this simple guideline.

 

1. Open the Mobile App.

2. Go to the Site Docs and Tap on Site Induction. IMG_0777.png

 

3. In here, you can select your role on the site, then tap on Save and Proceed.

4. Complete your Site Role Induction then hit on Submit.

5. A pop-up screen will appear, it will ask you to either Save the Details and move on to the next available induction (if you are required to complete more than one), or you may choose not to save the Induction details you just filled out.

6. You will be taken back to the Site Inductions screen where you can either continue the other Site Induction Forms to complete or leave it as is when you've completed all required Inductions for you. IMG_0799.png

 

Your supervisor will either accept or reject your Induction Form.If it's accepted, it will show as Approved in your App.

If your supervisor rejects your Induction form, it will appear as Rejected. Re-open the induction form and make the necessary amendments.
