Having problems using the SignOnSite App to complete your Site Induction?... Just stick to this simple guideline.
1. Open the Mobile App.
2. Go to the Site Docs and Tap on Site Induction.
3. In here, you can select your role on the site. You also have the option to view other sites or select a form under Not Started.
4. Tap on Save and Proceed after selecting your role.
5. Complete your Induction Form then hit on Submit.
6. A pop-up screen will appear, it will ask you to either Save the Details and move on to the next available induction (if you are required to complete more than one), or you may choose not to save the Induction details you just filled out.
7. Returning to the Site Inductions page, you will observe that your completed induction form is on pending status, awaiting for approval from your site manager. After completing the necessary inductions, you can either leave the site induction form as is or proceed to complete the remaining forms.
Your Site Manager will either accept or reject your Induction Form. If it's accepted, it will show as Approved in your App.
If your supervisor rejects your Induction form, it will appear as Rejected. Re-open the induction form and make the necessary amendments.
