      Completing a Permit via Mobile App (Site Manager's View)

      1. Once all Permits have been completed, the Site Manager will be notified.

      2. Open your Mobile App and head on to Permits.

      3. Choose the most recent completed job. (In this image, it is P18643-22)

      4. Before obtaining approval, you will be able to view the Permit's various sections.

       

      5. Upon tapping on Obtain Approval, a pop-up will appear that will give the option to "Yes-Submit Request" or "No-Return to Screen".

      6. If you choose Yes-Submit Request, you will be directed to a screen where you have to draw your signature. Tap on Submit when done. 

      On the other hand, the No-Return to Screen option will head you to go back to the Permit to be able to review it again.

      7. You will receive another notification that the Permit is now required for approval.
