6. Accessing Site-Ready SWMS Files In The Mobile App When Off-Site

Accessing SWMS is made easier when you are able to view it anywhere.

1. Open your Mobile App, and Search for your Site.

2. Go to your Site Docs tab, (this can be accessed even when you're not on site) and access your SWMS.

3.1 This is prompted when there is no site connected to the user.

3.2 If the user has a site connection then the user may need to Select a Site.

4. The user will be directed to the SWMS files in which all that have or have not been acknowledged are shown there.

5.1 If the worker has already acknowledged the SWMS, this is what they will see when they select the file.

5.2 If the worker has yet to acknowledge the SWMS, they will see the information alert icon and be able to review the SWMS.
