Company Registration is a way for site management to pre-set a list of companies, that workers select from when first signing on.

The list can be manually created, uploaded from a .csv file or synced from a Procore project.

Uploading a CSV Company List

If you want to use the same company list over and over for each new site, you can create a csv file that you upload to the site list for every new site.

Syncing with Procore as your Company List

If you use Procore and your site is linked to SignOnSite, you can sync the Procore Site Direcotry to the SignOnSite Company List

If you want SignOnSite to automatically update from the Procore Directory every 24 hours, then make sure you have the Procore Auto Sync toggle is 'ON'

Company Registration on the Kiosk

With your company list set up, kiosk users will be nudged to select from the list when signing on.

If they cannot find their company then they can click 'I cant find my company' to add a new name in free text.
